Fhaldengill makes a great hub town for the players to return to after successive adventures, close enough to the frontier to allow expeditions into the wilderness, populated enough to have political machinations and market days like any good base of operations.While most were terrified of the dragon at first, over the past few years most of the locals have grown to tolerate their scaly visitor, with some others even viewing him as the new town’s mascot, dubbing him “ Gargoyle Gordy” for ease of use and marketing purposes. Badly wounded and forced to abandon his cavern lair in the mountains, the wyrm has developed something of a phobia regarding the ground, and prefers hopping from spire to spire like a feral cat stuck up a tree.
